Minutes, with you.

I have lived,
Years of my life,
Without knowing,
Of your existence,
And of your smile,
Without knowing,
Of your glow,
And of your spirits.

I have lived,
Years of my life,
Without feeling,
Drawn, and unconscious,
Without feeling alone,
I have lived,
For decades,
Without needing this,
Without needing you,
Unknown to you,
I have lived.

Decades, years and eons,
When I close my eyes,
Keep no meaning,
When I hear my thoughts,
And echoes of your remembrance,
They hold no meaning,
In this memory of you,
That captures me,
Years that I've lived,
Diminished by minutes with you,
Years that I've lived,
Overshadowed, by your love,
And in a few blinks,
Years that I live,
Held no meaning.
And minutes, with you,
That I'd count, on my fingers.
Minutes, with you,
That I played in my brain,
Felt like a lifetime.
